Solve equations with radical functions Precalculus

Solve the following equations.

\left(2x+3\right)^{-1/2} = 2

\left(4x-3\right)^{-1/4} = 5

\left(5x+8\right)^{-2/3} = 4

\left(3x-5\right)^{1/2} = 7

\sqrt{2x^{2}+5x-3}=x-3
